Autotherm Diesel heater

Admittedly, I was annoyed of this malfunction. The fine Eberspächer was just six years old when it yield up its ghost right in the middle of the heating season. The glow plug and screen were new, yet the error message indicated failure of the electronics, a few attempts later, the heater was dead as a Chicago cemetery. 1600 euros for six years of use; thanks a lot.
A bit of research on the web and I read many good comments about Autotherm. One user wrote, I bought it to replace an Eberspächer. I liked the unit so much that I bought another one for my motor home. The Autotherm was just under 700 euros and came with features I never dreamed of. In a nutshell, we ordered the Ural Edition and were not disappointed. As the name suggests, it is a Latvian build heater. My wife remarked, the heater is probably simply made and very reliable, no truck driver can risk a failure in the Baltic or Russian winter.s After four weeks of operation, we agree with the comment of one user, we would buy the Autotherm again anytime.
